How to reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke with sleep



         Research has made it known that Sleep plays a major role in our health, which includes the Heart, Brain, Daily function, Interaction with others....

        Lack of adequate Sleep is believed by scientist/researchers to bring about a rise in the Risk of chronic Diseases, which includes Heart Disease. And also Stroke.

        Also a research carried out on 40 people confirmed that:  people who don’t get adequate Sleep usually have an increase in the Risk of Heart Disease or Stroke compared to the good health and decrease in the Risk of Hearth Disease and Stroke of the other 20 who had adequate Sleep of about 8 hours daily.

      It is popularly know and said that Health is Wealth, so Please do not deprive yourself of adequate Sleep of about 8 hours daily because of the nature of your work.
