How sleep can make you fat




      This is a fact that many people don't know: Sleep has a lot to contribute to weight gain (Fat)

      People who Sleep for a short period tends to weigh more than those who get a good Sleep.

      Scientists have proven that Sleeping for a short duration is one of the top causes of Fat (obesity).

     Adults with short Sleep duration are about 55% likely to be Fat and Children with short Sleep duration are above 80% likely to be Fat

     *So if you are trying to add some weight, depriving your body of some Sleep can add some weight for you, but remember that anything that have advantages also has  disadvantages.
