        *A study on over 3,000 women who have poor Sleep, happens to have difficulties in gripping, difficulties in walking and difficulties in Daily Performance and independent Performance.

        *Athletes who have adequate sleep, happens to have significant improvement in there Accuracy, Sleep, Mental wellbeing and Reaction times.

        While Athletes with less Sleep duration, happens to have poor Performance.
