How poor sleep can lead to depression



       Poor Sleep and Sleep disorder has been proven experimentally to be a strong cause of Poor mental health, which includes Depression.

        Research has made it known to the general public that,
People suffering from Sleep disorder like obstructive Sleep apnoea or insomnia happens to report higher rates of depression than those who have good night sleep and are without sleep disorder.

        Also reports has it that, people who committed suicide had a report of poor sleep before they deceased. And also about 91% of people with depression report of having poor sleep or sleep disorder.

        So if you are suffering from depression, it is an urgent call to take a look at your sleep quality. Don't just sit back and live with it, it is something many people face and those who took actions were free from depression.

         Try as much as possible to improve your sleep quality and if you are having sleep disorders, go straight to your doctor so something can be done in time before you do something against your will being under the power of depression.

       Many have committed suicide, many have committed murder and other unthinkable thinks because of depression. So don't be a victim of depression, fight it by working on your sleep quality.

        Try as much as possible to fight against poor sleep even in your children, spouse, those around you.... You don't want to lose a family due to depression.
